(NYSE:MPS), today announced that it has unveiled its new services suite for SAP® R/3 Enterprise upgrades. The primary objective of the upgrade suite is to make a company’s transition to the SAP R/3 Enterprise easier and more successful.
Offered to Idea’s SAP clients, the suite includes services ranging from an introductory private lesson and development of a custom upgrade evaluation to the management of an upgrade project. The private lesson service is intended for a client’s senior management as well as the on-site SAP team and is designed to educate SAP R/3 clients about the features and benefits they will gain through the SAP Enterprise as well as the critical success factors for its implementation. As the second part of the services suite, Idea is offering a five- to ten-day R/3 Enterprise upgrade evaluation to determine an organization’s current state in relation to the upgrade and provide a comprehensive, methodical strategy for upgrading the SAP system.
The final offering in the services suite is a set of R/3 Enterprise upgrades, including a full set of project management plans, an upgrade schedule, and the technical, functional, and management assistance to implement SAP R/3 Enterprise. The private lesson, Enterprise upgrade evaluation, and upgrade management, utilized separately or as a suite, ease the transition to SAP’s R/3 Enterprise by providing clients with structured and proven service offerings that are cost competitive.
