Jacksonville, FL (May 11, 2004) – Idea Integration®,
the e-business consulting and systems integration solutions unit of MPS Group,
Inc. (NYSE:MPS), today announced it is building the Enterprise Human Resource
Integration (EHRI) e-Government solution for the Office of Personnel Management
(OPM), the federal government’s central agency heading up human resource
management and workforce policies.
The initial release of EHRI allowed four pilot government agencies – the Department of the Interior, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Treasury, and the OPM – to analyze eight years of workforce data on-line. In subsequent releases underway and targeted for deployment in spring and summer of 2004, EHRI will provide further enhancements to its analytical tools and the ability to test a new electronic personnel record that will replace paper-based personnel files and provide real-time access to information for federal employees and managers. In full deployment, EHRI will support thirty years of history for 1.8 million federal employees and is predicted to be the largest HR data warehouse in the world.
