Microsoft accepted over 100 employee submitted nominations and the winner was picked by an awards review and selection committee at the regional Gulf States Area management level.
Idea Integration was chosen by Microsoft based on their merit and success in convincing a large retail company in Jacksonville, Florida to implement a Microsoft based business intelligence solution. The client was looking for a way to track store sales volume and pricing of goods in real-time so their management could make instant pricing decisions.
Idea Integration demonstrated the value of the Microsoft platform for the client by implementing a pilot project that proved Microsoft solutions viability to management. Since Idea Integration is a part of the Microsoft National Systems Integrator Program, they were able to work with Microsoft at a high-level to achieve this strategic win in the retail market.
