Jeff Rupp, President, Idea
Jeff Rupp is President of Idea, Adecco North America’s leading provider of IT solutions and outsourcing services.
Jeff is responsible for leading the firm’s strategy and operations, overseeing a team of the best and brightest IT consultants to help organizations overcome critical technology challenges.
Jeff joined Adecco North America in 2000 to lead the project delivery model of Ajilon Consulting and was promoted in 2007 to President and Chief Operating Officer of Ajilon Consulting & Communications in the US and Canada. With over 25 years of management and consulting experience, Jeff has worked with a wide range of Fortune 500 companies, helping to build the right solutions for their unique technology needs. Prior to joining Adecco / Ajilon Consulting, Jeff held executive level positions at organizations including IBM, KPMG and Synertec Systems.
He is a graduate of West Chester University with Bachelor’s of Science degree in Education.

Walt Strausbaugh, SVP, Idea Operations & Administration
Walt is responsible for Idea’s Operations and Administration organization. He has been a member of the company’s Executive Management Team for over 17 years.
Walt has served as a member of the integration team for numerous mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He has managed the telecommunications business unit and two of the largest and most profitable regions in the organization. Walt was responsible for establishing a National Sourcing Organization to increase recruiting sources and productivity as well as enhancing the organization’s permanent placement capabilities
Walt has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Millersville University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.

Sandy Bateh, VP, Idea-Microsoft Partnership
Sandy Bateh has been involved in the technology industry for over 30 years. He has been with Idea for over seven years, serving as SME for Public Sector and owner of our Microsoft alliance. In this role, he has led Idea to be awarded numerous Microsoft Partner of the Year awards including the 2010 award for Microsoft Consulting Services for the Public Sector.
As the former CIO of the City of Jacksonville, Sandy managed a team of 240 people with an annual budget of over 45 million. He is frequently quoted in major technical trade and business magazines and has served on numerous Industry Advisory Councils. Sandy also serves on the Global World Wide Services Microsoft Partner Advisory Council.

Michele A. Casey, CEO, Glotel
Michele A. Casey is the CEO of Glotel, the telecommunications arm of Idea. Michele has a successful and proven corporate, financial and operational track record in mid- and large-sized companies within the Professional Services industry (Staffing and Marketing & Communications).
Michele is capable of developing relevant business strategies and leading the related implementation and execution efforts to meet financial and operational goals. She has over 20 years experience in finance and management within public and private companies as CEO, COO, CAO and CFO. Michele specializes in optimizing financial and operational processes and project management.

Ed Cox, VP, Idea Infrastructure Services
Ed Cox is a senior level manager with over 35 years experience in IT Services, including 15 years with Ajilon Consulting, before its transition to Idea. Ed has experience at various levels of technical consulting roles, project management and corporate management for both IT staffing and IT professional services. As VP for Infrastructure Services, Ed is responsible for pre-sales, sales and delivery of all Idea Infrastructure offerings.

Michael Fleishman, SVP, Idea Sales
Michael Fleishman is senior vice president of sales, responsible for all Idea sales activity and sales channels as well as accountability for growth and sales performance.
Fleishman came to Idea from Infotech Enterprises, a global engineering outsourcing company where he headed the company’s North American sales efforts and oversaw a team of more than 1,000 sales, delivery and operations personnel. He also spent a large part of his career with IBM, most recently responsible for all sales in Connecticut and Eastern New York for the small-medium business segment. Fleishman holds a master’s degree in Management and Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University.

Dave Morgan, VP, Idea Customer Support
Dave Morgan is responsible Idea’s Customer Service, Service Desk and Business Process Outsourcing organization across North America. Dave is also responsible for Idea’s Global Solution Centers located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and Raleigh, North Carolina.
Dave has worked with numerous global Fortune 500 companies developing service desk and BPO solutions to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Dave has extensive experience in contact center operations, contact center implementation and consolidation, and contact center service improvement.
Dave has over 22 years of IT experience spanning Program Management, Systems Engineering, Configuration Management and Quality Assurance and Control. In addition, Dave holds the ITIL Service Manager Certification.

Rebecca Rogers Tijerino, SVP, Idea Application Services
Rebecca Rogers Tijerino is senior vice president of Idea’s largest group of IT Solutions offerings including Digital Strategy, Marketing and Design, Application Development, Quality and Security Services, Application Portfolio Management and Modernization.
Rogers Tijerino joins Idea from parent company Adecco Group NA, having most recently been the chief sales officer for Adecco Staffing U.S. where she led National Account Sales and Management, International Sales, Alternative Delivery, Implementation and Supplier Diversity for the United States. She has served as vice president of business development and principal for the ProStaff group of companies. Rogers Tijerino joined SeatonCorp where she held several executive positions including chief sales officer.
Rebecca holds bachelor’s degrees in business administration and psychology from Carroll College in Wisconsin.
